Return and refund policy

RETURNS

  • AccessApparel.store returns portal can only be used to return items purchased online at www.accessapparel.store
  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return within 14 days from the order ship date.
  • All items must be returned new, unused and with all Access Apparel original garment tags still attached.
  • Shipping and handling are non-refundable.

WHAT'S NOT REFUNDABLE?

  • Items not purchased at Access Apparel.com. 
  • Items without a AccessApparel.store invoice or a packing slip
  • Items with removed tags or items missing their original packaging 
  • Special price items with a 'FINAL SALE' badge 
  • There will be no refunds given for returns made after 14 days from the invoice.
  • Shipping and handling are non-refundable.

PRE-PAID SHIPPING LABEL $10 FEE WILL OCCUR.

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

If you are not happy with your purchase, except for FINAL SALE items, you have 14 days from the date on your invoice to request a full refund.  Please review our refund policy to see what is refundable.  

Returns will only be accepted if the items are in a new and unused condition with the original packaging and tags.

Shipping fees are not refundable.

Damaged, defective, missing or incorrect items must be reported within 5 Business Days of delivery. (Note: If such items are not reported in a timely fashion, we will not issue a Return/Exchange. Please email accessapparelstore@gmail.com for assistance.)

Should you receive a damaged item, please take a photo of the item which clearly displays the damage and email the photo to our Customer service support team (accessapparelstore@gmail.com) along with a description of the damaged item and your Order Number. Once we receive your email and assess the damage, we will contact you to determine the needed outcome.

In the event you must return your items, please carefully read the following instructions to ensure the return process is as easy and smooth for you as possible.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping.

When shipping your items back to us for a return, please allow 5-7 business days from when your return is received and processed by us for your refund to be credited to your account.

You may use any shipping method that is most convenient for you, but we strongly recommend using a carrier that provides a tracking number (such as: UPS, Fed Ex or certain kinds of USPS services like “USPS Tracking”) to ensure your return arrives safely to us.

We are not responsible for lost packages.

 

REFUNDS

Your refund will be credited to the original payment method.

All sales taxes will be refunded if your order has been sent to a destination within the US. 

Please note that refunds can take up to 7 to 10 business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
